RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the specialised nature of these printers returns and refunds are subject to a restocking fee on condition that they are still in a sealed box, in their original packaging.
The printers will also need to be returned to our offices for inspection purposes.
All printers, if returned within 7 days of purchase, will carry a 25% handling and restocking fee.
Printers that have been opened and or engaged cannot be returned.
We will not allow returns on any specialised non-stocked items that were specifically ordered into the country for a client, unless damaged or broken, as we cannot return those units.
If a deal was not qualified by a HP Printers Online salesperson we will also not accept returns on goods purchased.
SHIPPING INFO
Printer Delivery:
- For in-stock items from our Johannesburg warehouse, delivery is typically arranged to the site within 2–3 working days for most areas in South Africa. Some remote outlying areas are within 1–3 working days for in-stock items.
- For non-stock items: These are often sent directly from HP’s distribution in Europe and airfreighted into South Africa, eta will be 2-3 weeks.
